Meetings

Prepaid registrants who cancel prior to the Early Bird deadline will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. After that time, no refunds will be made. Payments must be included and received by the Early Bird deadline or the standard rate will be charged.

Tutorials and Educational Events

Prepaid registrants who cancel prior to the close of registration will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. After that time, no refunds will be made.

Non-Refundable Items

Memberships (including Additional Voting Members), OIDs and Subscriptions are non-refundable. Meeting Registrations are non-refundable after the Early Bird date.

Early Bird Registration Orders

Registrations and payment must reach us by the end of the day Indian Standard Time of the Early Bird date to receive the special Early Bird rate.

Advance Registration Orders

Advance registrations MUST include payment. Registrations received without payment will not be processed until the time that payment is received.
